Privacy Policy:
Coruscate Innovations will not sell or distribute any of your information, which includes and is not limited to your name, address, and email. The information collected is solely used to better your shopping experience and also used to send you information about events and products.

Terms & Conditions:
All items produced are HANDMADE by our seamstress, thus causing items to be produced and delivered within a two-week period AT MOST. Each product is set at an order limit in order to ensure realistic goals are met. If there is a specific product that you would like to purchase that is out of stock or not in your particular size, please send us an email and we will make adjustments and accommodations for you.
Shipping Policy:
Currently Coruscate Innovations only ships to locations that are within the United States of America.
Apparel will be produced and delivered within a two week period. Bow-ties and selected accessories will be produced and delivered within a shorter time period.
Return Policy:
Here at Coruscate Innovations, we want our customers to experience 100% satisfaction. We accept returns on all women’s apparel for a full refund or exchange. Coruscate Innovations will not refund the shipping price for items that are returned, unless we make an error. If items are damaged or are stained and give evidence of being worn, it will be sent back to the customer and a refund will be forfeited.
Items need to be returned within 7 days. Items returned after (7) seven days will ONLY receive store credit.
Bow-ties are FINAL SALE.
CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS
Terms & Conditions:
Consultations can be done over the phone, email, and in-person. The purpose of consultations is to determine the exact details of your purchase as well as prices, materials, and etc., in order to determine whether any additional costs may be incurred.
All customers are required to sign a contract stating that they are aware that the seamstress of Coruscate Innovations has not had prior schooling as a seamstress and that they are therefore taking a risk allowing Coruscate Innovations to manufacture their product.
Upon the signing of the contract, customers will receive a sales receipt confirming their order as well as reminding them of the payment options.
Customers are usually asked to come in for a fitting before they receive their final product to ensure a perfect fit and exemplary satisfaction.
Timeline Policy:
Customers are required to have a consultation and to bring materials(if one decides to bring their own fabric) for their pieces two-weeks before the scheduled return of their merchandise(the date their merchandise is needed). If the consultation is not done and materials are not received two weeks before the scheduled return of merchandise, customers will be charged a $20 late fee. Coruscate Innovations reserves the right to deny an order if we are experiencing a high load of orders.
Payment Policy:
Coruscate Innovations requires each customer to pay in full before their product(s) are returned to them. Coruscate Innovations currently accepts cash, money orders and checks only. Make all checks payable to Cynthia Kyei-Akomeah.
Shipping Policy:
Customers are contacted to finalize shipping or pick-up of orders if they are not discussed at the consultation. The costs incurred from shipping will be on the sales receipts that are received via email.
Return Policy:
All custom-made products are FINAL SALE and are NOT refundable.
